Incorporated in 2020, NewFish is a New Zealand-headquartered start-up with global ambitions. We’ve begun work at our new pilot plant and are now looking for a Process Engineer, Product Development Lead and Production Lead to support our next phase of scale up.

Production Lead
Reporting to our Chief Operations Officer, the Production Lead will be responsible for operating our food ingredients pilot plant.
In this new role, the Process Engineer will work closely with our engineering, and product development teams. They will also work closely with our algae R&D partners.
Process Engineer
Reporting to our Chief Operations Officer, the Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and refining our food ingredients production process.
In this new role, the Process Engineer will work closely with our Pilot plant team, our engineering, our sales teams, and R&D partners, to make new ingredients from algae.
Product Development Lead
Reporting to our Chief Operations Officer, the Product Development Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering our portfolio of ingredients products.
In this new role, the Product Development lead will work closely with our Pilot plant team, our R&D partners, and sales teams to make new products commercial reality.
