NewFish announces experienced Board and Advisors ahead of growth

Ahead of their next growth funding round, NewFish announces an experienced Governance Board and team of Advisors to support scale up with a focus on USA and active nutrition markets.

 

The NewFish Board has been formalized with experienced governance chair and executive Greg Muir confirmed as NewFish Chair. In addition, CEO of Outset Ventures, Imche Fourie, will join the Board in her investment seat after Outset Ventures led the NewFish pre-seed round. Greg and Imche will be joining NewFish co-founders Alex Worker, Tom Darby and Hamish Howard on the Board heading into the next growth chapter of the biotech nutrition company.

 

To support Board strategy, NewFish also announces several highly experienced professionals as Board Advisors to support USA scale up plans and developed partnerships with a focus on active nutrition.

Nick Halla

Impossible Foods first employee who scaled the company working closely with founder Dr. Patrick Brown and led International, Retail and other business functions through eleven years of hyper growth.

 

Jim Lees

Former President of Fonterra Americas with over 40 years of sales, business development and executive management experience in food ingredients and nutrition.

 

Bernardo Torres

Founder & Director of one of Mexico’s leading strategy, innovation and design consulting firms, Uncommon, with partners across Mexico, Spain and Latin America.
